yeah, i don't think a road bike for xmas is gonna happen.
not much to say...workout today was back and bi's

Seated row- 55lbs/12, 75lbs/8 75/8 (I can't get past 75! Ugh, and they suck too, form wise,... :( )
Reverse grip bodyweight row-10,10,8

3x:
Assisted pullups-10
Back extensions- 10 w/ 10lbs

Cable straight bar bicep curl- 20lbs/10, 22/10, 22 for 6 with a drop to 20 for last 4

3x:
DB single arm row (i've decided I HATE these)- 35/7
DB lat pullback- 10/12, 12.5/10, 12.5 for 6 with drop to 10 for last 4
Resistance band bicep curl- 10

3x:
21's w/ 12.5 lbs for first two sets then 10 for last set
ab exercise

3x:
hammer curls- 15/8?
supermen

HIIT on the AMT for 30 minutes (30 second sprint 1 min recover)
foam rolllllll :)
