That second one w/the quote you included- I don't have those diseases. I've had a colonoscopy and endoscopy which would show them and have had every possible test that would show them done.

today's workout:
Machine shoulder press- warm up at 70lbs for 12 then 80lbs/8, 80lbs/8, 85lbs/6, 70lbs/8(?)
3x:
Incline front raise- 10lbs/10 (I think it was 10 reps...but none the less i've gone up in weight- yay!)
Upright row- 10lbs/10
Seated bent over fly-10lbs/10
3x:
Seated Arnold press- 20lbs/8
Resistance band lateral raises- 10 each arm
Post-delt row- 25lbs/10, 25/8. 25/10
Some random abs and some pt exercises
AMT for 30 minutes
Felt good today... didn't go super heavy but my shoulders felt strong and it was all good weights.
Glad you're so obsessed with my pushup set :) I totally can't do very many when I do them that way!
