I worked out today, nothing too crazy or intense. I kept my weights low and that was a challenge for me...weird. Here goes:
Flat Press on Bench
135# x 10
185# x 6 (ewww)
205# x 5

Close Grip Press
135# x 6
115# x 8
95# x 8
Incline Press w. DB
60# x 8
70# x 8 (maxxed out here)
70# x 10 (...but somehow able to manage 2 more reps!)
Triceps Circuit (one right after the other, no break) I can't remember all my weights though :(
Single Arm Cable Tri Ext. (arm parallel with ground)
TRX rev. grip tri. ext
Rope Tri. ext.
I am getting tired of these workouts...come home soon and kick my ass in person!
I talked to Megan about getting a bike when I get one too. She was down for the idea so I hope it works out. She's been thinking about getting a new bike too so it worked out well! I want to go riding with you too though so we have to find a way to make that work! About your CEC's, lets find a class to take and we can turn that into a little mini competition...people are going to be like "WTF is wrong with those kids... why are they going so hard?!" It'll be fun!
I have more stuff to write about, but I need to go shower and study some more :(
