So my hip has been KILLING me today. Not sure if it is from pt on monday or something random. Didn't do cardio yesterday so can't be that.
Anyway, I was thinking today... i find it weird that I can't do stabilizing stuff and free weight stuff. My legs actually felt better after I worked them last Friday...... thoughts?
