I hate machines.

CONGRATULATIONS ON GOING PRO! YAYAYAYAYA, YAYAYAY :)

So on to the workouts...
i hate machines. all kinds. cardio, weights, all of it. so boring.
Anyway,

Leg press- got up to 225 lbs then dropsetted all the way down (built up to that with some 130 warmup then some 190's and 210's)

Hamstring curls- 60lbs, 70lbs, 70lbs dropset
Quad extensions- feet facing out, facing in, neutral single leg

Yes/No machines- up to 130 on both then dropsets back down

Wall sits holding 20lb DB for 1 min supersetted w/ SB hamstring curls

Spun for 30 minutes. I wasn't feeling it when I first got on the bike so i told myself to just sit there and move my legs for 30 minutes. Didn't do a set workout this time and just sped up with the music or added hills randomly... worked out. did some abs and had to peace out of there to meet my aunt and uncle for lunch.
got my mom to take me to whole foods and buy lots of goodies. omg i'm stocked! ahhh so much food...which of course i had to come home and try. SO FULL right now. I also ate a lot of fructose tonight so i'm feeling not so hot :/ fingers crossed i sleep it off so i can wake up for a quick spin sesh before the football game. ohhh family time. haha.
