I hates my boday. stupid shoulder.
Anyway, today was rainy and cold and totally gross and im sick so it didn't help!
I hit up the gym, though:)
30 minutes on the AMT and 20 minutes on the treadmill. Felt good to move even though it was tough.
Then I did some random tricep stuff and lots of pushups.
then abs:)
nothing too crazy or exciting. I might try and do a short back/chest workout tomorrow then hopefully legs friday! I don't even know what to do for legs! haha, we'll see how i'm feeling and how my hip is. I'll probably take it super easy and light since it will be legs for the first time in 2 weeks and i don't wanna piss my hip off again. So not much to report this week and no fun workouts, but hopefully next week i'll be back in businesssss! Planning to sleep and rest a lot this weekend. My roommates will be gone so i'll have plenty of alone time to just relax.
