I think it's just a really bad cold but i CAN'T STOP blowing my nose blahhh. feels like my head got run over by a train.
I went to the gym anyway, but it was a dumb idea to try and lift.

Lateral raises (7.5/10)
Bicep curls (15/10)
Frontal raises (7.5/10)

Post delt rows (15/15, 20/15, 20.15) kept it light since my shoulder was hurting
SB incline bicep curls w/ pinky, thumb, and neutral grip (10/10, 10/10, 12.5/10)
3x:
Barbell upright row (25/10)
Barbell bicep curl (25/10)
Y-raises (7.5/8)
AMT for 30 then stretched and peaced out.
My left shoulder is KILLING me. it hurts sooo much, i can hardly do anything with it :/
shiiiit.
Anyway, no more lifting for me until i feel better. It's gonna be cardio or rest days. blah.
