Thanks for the phone call! Hope it helped :) Just some thoughts to think about, like I mentioned, I am not a doctor, but that may end up helping. Or I am just making nonsensical crap up. Either option is valid lol.

Here is my workout for today. It was mainly Angel's day today so I didn't try to add a ton, he will start his bulk phase soon so we are getting him ready for that. He keeps trying to get me to bulk with him lol. Probably won't happen though.

Flat Push Day

DB Chest Press
70# x 10
80# x 10
90# x 8
100# x 4 (Jelly?) I can't help but giggle every-time I say it or hear the word Jelly!
100# x 3 with a 60# dropset for 8

Victoria's Pushup Fail Set x 3

Bench Press
135# x 8
185# x 6 (really f'ing HARD! Ouch Ouch!)
135# x 8

Angel went on to do some triceps work after that.

Muscle of the Day
Peroneus Tertius

Origin: Lateral head of the Fibula
Insertion: 5th Metatarsal (Dorsal Surface [Top])
Functions: Assists with Dorsiflexion and Eversion of the foot

Not a common muscle that people talk about, but it was in my notes so I thought I would share.
