Back back back back back... oh and tri's

Assisted pullups (felt weak with these today)-8

SB back extensions (15)

Straight arm pullback (10lbs/10. 10/12. 10/12)
Face pulls (25 lbs/8)
Tricep rope extensions (20 lbs/10)

Bent over single arm row (30lbs/8) <-- haven't done these in a while but I was surprised at how low the weight was... I figured I'd be able to left heavier and more but it was a fail. Maybe my back was tired?
Close grip sB pushups (to fail)<-- these felt good and strong today!

Then did some abs... of course:)
STUPID HIP. I'm climbing the 14er anyway. It doesn't hurt when I got up stairs only when I walk like a normal person, haha.
Not much to report... I'm just tired and trying to read Orgo before going to the CSU vs. Nebraska girls volleyball game tonight. Don' tknow who to root for because i've been rooting for nebraska since i was a kid and i'm a huge fan! Shiiiiit
