Countdown to when you see me again silly. That's what I meant haha. I think me going through my "struggle" helped a lot because I can't forget where I came from and what I used to have a hard time lifting, so cliche' but it makes sense.

Your diet is one hell of a tough one and most definitely a hard one to upkeep. Minus the slips, you are doing really well. Said it before and I am going to say it again, props to you for being able to even keep half of it, I know I wouldn't last a week.

Great choice on rest and more rest until you feel better. You want to make sure that you are as healthy as possible for next week. I can't believe I am saying this, but :

Skool > Workouts (<--- I'm actually lol'ing)

With the tests and quizzes coming up, you don't want to be feeling like death (describe what exactly that feels like btw :) ) when it comes time to take them. I know I cannot even pretend to concentrate when I am feeling under the weather so feeling like death itself must be tough. Good luck with that.

Goal setting for each other should be a fun process so no worries about not doing that when you feel like poop. I'm in no rush.

I would take the absence of people in your study group as a gift, you are simply getting paid to post on this blog and do your homework. Can't really ask for much more right?

The TRX thing is stupid, but leave it up to them to be so into their own products and think that TRX is going to change fitness. I can think of a few cool exercises on that, but you're right, you can replicate it with cables for the most part. The only thing that has over cables is that it has progressive resistance, the farther out you go, the harder it is. But, resistance bands take care of that so that still has no advantage besides convenience. I will be getting certified in TRX soon btw. They are bringing it to South Bethesda soon I hear.

I don't really have much to contribute besides commenting on your post. I only went to class, jumped into some puddles and trained. Class tomorrow is going to suck! I can offer this one question though:

Now that winter is coming, should I bulk up or no?

I have been thinking about this for a few days and I didn't get a chance to ask you today. Pick one and tell me what you think, I would love your opinion on this.

Time for dinner then sleep. 8am class tomm. I can haz sadz. (clearly I didn't go to skool haha)
