First off, you know I wouldn't have gotten mad at you about the shoulder! I probably would have just told you to be careful haha. My shoulder seems fine, we will see on my next shoulder day I suppose.

Second, I am still looking into your hip, be patient with me!


I went nuts on my workout again today, chest and LEGS!

DB chest press
75# x 10
85# x 8
90# x 5 (new PR!)

Incline DB Chest Press

Squats

INTERMISSION

Shout outs for today, Megan squatted 225 for three reps twice and Angel chest pressed 80s for a total of nine reps spread between two sets. Nice job to both of them!

I did see that video, it really made me want to train, but it also kind of applied to my school work to funny enough. Needless to say, it was very inspiring, but, I could have done without the guy in the background haha.

Best of luck with the 14er, I hope you have tons of fun and hopefully there wil be no bros. I don't think they like to climb much because it involves their legs haha.

Muscle of the Day
Triceps brachii

Origins: long head from the glenoid tubercle on scapula, lateral and medial heads come from the posterior humerus
Insertions: Ulna
Functions: Elbow extension. Long head also is a synergist for adduction based on it originating from the scapula

Other facts: the long head is the one closest to your body, it is also the part of the tri that you sought after.


I played volleyball in high school too! That and field hockey.
