MB tricep pushups (fucking hard)-10
Incline DB press- 20lbs/10x? i think and the last set was 25 lbs for 8?

Single arm rope cable tricep extensions-10lbs for 10
then double arm tricep extensions- 20lbs for 6
DB pullover- 25 lbs for 12, 32.5lbs for 10
STairmaster for 20 minutes
elliptical for 10
