Tomorrow is my official rest day and I don't wanna rest because I haven't been working out but I probably won't have time to work out. It will probably be good for me though since I'm still not feeling 100% so a workout today then a rest day then a workout again will hopefully be the right thing to do. Ahhh, can't decide whether to start my new workout regimen this week or next. I did want to lift 4 days a week but I think I'll give it a shot and do plyometric/tabata workout on tuesday and see how it goes! I'm nervous to do it this week though with my hip not fully recovered... crap. not sure what to do workout wise this week. Not even sure what to do plyometric wise lol
Looks good. I am glad you took it kind of easy too! The rest day tomorrow will be good for you I think. The Plyo day sounds awesome! I think you should definitely give it a shot!
ReplyDeleteGood call on the hip. I wouldn't start it this week either. As far as plyos go, hmm...let's think and make a list. Maybe I will copy your workout!
ReplyDeleteI thought of some good stuff! I'll type it up later this week.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure how to break down my workout this week.
I think i'm gonna see how my hip is feeling and if it's good- plyo is a go! lol
if not I'm thinking maybe just shoulders on tuesday, back and bi's on wed, cardio thurs, legs friday, cardio sat, chest and tri's on sund
that might be a good break down for me in general... maybe i'll try it to see how i like doing back on a wed because i could always do shoulders and plyo on tuesday. hmmm this is getting interesting... i wanna try so many dif splits! haha
Good thing you like to try new splits because the best way to grow and get stronger. If you want to get stronger than me, you have to keep your body guessing!
ReplyDeleteYour safety split makes sense, but I think you may become bored quickly, esp. with the 2 cardio days so close.
I'm being totally cereal when I say I may copy your workout! It would be fun and make this blog a tad more interesting than it already is! It would bring a little competition too, we can even break things down pound for pound to keep a level playing field for us....think about it and tell me what you think. Just know that if you say no, I may take that as the Victerror being scared!
