Your dinner sound delicious! I love eggs! I think I may make some now too.
I got my bike computer in today, so now I can see exactly how much mileage I put on the bike as well as trip distances and speeds. Justin Tanyuvutti helped me too. He is super happy for me and he said I got a really nice bike, which means a lot coming from him.
Shower time for me so I will finish this post when I am done eating. I just realized I do the exact same thing when I come home. I go to the kitchen, check for mail, drop off my stuff in my room, check for food in the fridge and open up my laptop and check this blog first (always lol).
edit, I am full, but I still need to study :(
The bike ride was tons of fun today. We biked down to Georgetown (Key Bridge) via the Capital Cresent Trail. I think I will have to do that trail again because I want to see how far it really is and how quickly I can do it. On another note, I need to get cycling shorts too. At first, I thought I could do without them, but after a while, the saddle doesn't feel too great lol. My lower back was a little tired too because of all the leaning over I was doing on my bike. Just something I need to get used to. Weird, I can deadlift 300+ pounds, but riding made my back tight...go figure! Any chance I get to wear tights, I am totally down for lol.
Your workout looked good. I think after the biking tomm, I am going to try to hit legs! Fingers crossed.
I'll do some planks too! Nice job with yours, you probably have me beat!
