bench press (4 times, don't remember my weights but the 4th set was max weight- 105lbs for 1 rep with a lot of help from addy for rep 2. lol so like 1.5 reps:) )
superset with pushups to fail

DB bench press- 35lbs/8 (felt so strong here it was awesome)
single arm tricep one you showed me- 12.5lbs/8x
3x:
renegade row- 15lbs/5x each arm
single arm tricep extensions with cables- 12.5lbs/10
3x:
SB DB flies- 20lbs (felt strong yay) for 8
tricep ropes cable pulldown dropset
my tri's didn't really feel dead at the end, sadly. but i hate working out late and i knew it woulnd't be the best workout. my workouts are gonna be weak this week cuz i have so much on my plate.
spinning tomorrow night since i'm taking this motherfucking lab midterm in the middle of the day. fml.
and that means back/bi's/shoulders on thursday afternoon after class. before work. ;oIETUEAJW;SDFJ kill menow.
my roommates are gone this weekend on some christian retreat so i'm planning on locking myself in the house and doing homework allllll weekend. catching up on the million things i need to do.
i have to take my car in at 8 am on friday morning too :( so early.
