YOU FELL ASLEEP ON ME!

lol. So I am loading up the USB drive as I type. I should have everything I want on it by tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

I can't study for this exam anymore tonight. I am brain dead! I still have the Vertebral Column to learn! FML!

Enough whining for me, I worked out today! I did a high volume push pull routine today. Just to explain it quickly, everything was a pyramid drop (starting at 10 reps) WITH another pyramid drop as a superset. Confusing? Probably, so I'll give an example. Let's use a push up and body row for the exercises. 10 pushups to 10 rows. 9 push ups to 9 rows ect. Minimal breaks, only as needed :)

1. Pull Ups paired with 135# Bench
2. Cable Low Row 130# (?) paired with Chest Fly 130#
3. TRX Row paired with TRX Chest Press (Both near horizontal :)  )
4. TRX Double Biceps paired with TRX Triceps (also near horizontal)

These 4 super sets took me about an hour total, a drop from 10 gives me a total of 55 reps of each exercise, which equaled a super high volume workout. The sad thing is, I won't even feel anything tomorrow. As you can see, I am trying my best to prepare myself for working out with you! I think I am going to try the TRX 40/40 challenge soon.

I have a 9a client so I better get some rest. I have a super busy day coming up. I need to visit my professor for her office hours (not my anatomy class) to make sure I am making my 10 week plan for my triathlete correctly. Hopefully if I do a good job, we can just use the same plan, hence me tripling my workload for this project. I only needed to plan for a single event, but I am doing the triathlon because I might as well get a grade for planning my own workout right? Hopefully it will not come back to bite me. With that being said, good night! Only 29 more days til you're home!!!
