not much to report. per usual. just stressing. ya know.

chest and tri's today. so much fun, i know. sorry.

3x:
DB bench press- 25lbs warmup, 35lbs for 9 (I'm getting stronger- yay! I wanted to do the 40's but I was nervous about getting them up the first time)
Clapping pushups (okay, i couldn't clap because I was dead from db and got about like 2 "jumping" pushups... then i resorted to maybe 3 regular pushups and i was at fail. lol! I tried clapping ones at home and did awesome though so yay!)

3x:
DB fly- 20lbs, 8x
DB pullover- 35lbs, 10x?
Triceps kickbacks- 12.5 lbs, 10x

3x:
TRX atomic pushups- 10
TRX fly's- 10x
TRX triceps-10x

3x:
Straightbar triceps cable pressdown dropset- 25lbs, 22.5lbs, 20lbs
Close grip SB pushups- fail

23 minutes on the stairmaster
17 minutes on the AMT

abs, of course.
I'm so bored of abs, though. I used to loveeeee them (As you know) but now i dread doing them. Okay maybe not DREAD but I don't look forward to it. :/ gotta gets some new tricks. actually, just gotta gets my hip better!
I'm sads because kettlebells are probably a no no right now with my hip but i wanna play with them when i get home:( i'm actually wondering if that is what messed up my hip to begin with though....
