I'm glad Christiana is legit, thats awesome.
It wasn't inverted leg press... it was the boring one, lol. That's not even my max I just didn't wanna push it too much with my hip. I did like 8 reps at that and probably could have muscled out some more.

START DOING LEGS. you haven't in forever and that's not gonna fly for the calender ming ming. Back, too, for sure.
We def need to celebrate when I get back!!! for sureeee. I'm coming home for thanksgiving the friday before... so the 18th.
PS- you should stop doing muscle of the day for right now, i mean tot tell you sorry. We are getting into specific regions of the body and i can tell you what we are doing and you could focus your muscles of the day a little more.
Anyway... today's workout sucked. I hate having my WHOLE family here because nobody plans so everyone is all over and there aren't any plans ad you know i can't roll without plans so it stresses me out even more. So i woke up with the WORST stomach ache. and i tried to work out but i did like 20 minutes and then left. You need to send me a pic of your bike!!! omg i can't believe you are getting it, jeeze. crazy monies. good luck:)
