5 miles?! nice job, Minh! i'm impressed. and jelly :)
i wanna be able to run again! grr. soon enough, i suppose.
Anyway, your workout seemed fun, too. Glad you got that in today.
Well I talked to you while on my way to the gym but here is what I did:

10 min warmup on amt

3x:
seated shoulder press- 25lbs/7x (ugh why was this SO hard?! i've gone heavier, i'm pretty sure)
SB T's and Y's for post delts- 7.5lbs/6 (6 t's and 6 y's)

3x:
Y/diagnol raises- 7.5lbs/10
Lateral raises- 10lbs/8x (i think it was 8)
side plank lifts- 15

3x:
Resistance band T's- 10
Minh shoulder exercise :) -7.5lbs/8x

did plank for 2:30, could have gone longer but my shoulders were tireddd
did some other abs and stuff

amt for 35 minutes.
foam roll.
stretch.

making an egg frittata right now. it kinda isn't quite right because we don't have a beater so i was hand beating the egg whites with a wisk and before i could froth them all my arms gave out:) so i just went with it. lol
