Single arm incline pushup
Single Arm Floor Press (tight core) with DB
Traveling Pushups
Atomic Push Ups (TRX)
Push Up to Sideplank
Victoria's Push Up Matrix
Single Side Fly w. DB
Press to fail followed immediately by pushup matrix or push ups to fail or a DB drop set
Single Side TRX Chest Press (fun!)
TRX Chest press followed w. TRX triceps
Stability ball close grip press
SB Chest press w. DB (perhaps single side if you are feeling ambitious!)
I worked out today! Legs and back and everything I did not get to in the week. The exercises were all over the place, but the highlights were:
115# Cleans to fail, 5 sets
5 sets of 10 Box Jumps (Big and small stacked)
A row exercise that I made up, similar to the Pendalay Row you sent me
Ass to the grass squats w. 135#
I am literally falling asleep as I type this and I have to get up early-ish. I will write up the complete workout later on. Just wanted you to see that I finally hit legs!
