I'll start with the most important ones first. Order does matter here.
First. I am SUPER glad you feel back on the right track after our talk. Wonderful! I knew you had it in you to get back on the beast train, you just needed a nudge. Super happy for you. I am back on your protein stuff so that will help you out too. Once again, I'm really <insert dad voice> proud of you!
Second. I am off the bench. This weekend will be a ride plus legs hopefully! I am determined to get sick at cycling. And Legs. Again.
Third. How do you know about Layne Norton? Did you see his stuff from before somewhere? He lifts really big, but he is still a funny guy to listen to when he lifts. Did you know he is working on his doctorate in some exercise field?
Fourth, no daily dose and no post for yesterday. But I hope you can forgive me knowing about my shit ass day :(

I really like the quote and I agree with it 110%. You honestly should not care nor concern yourself with other people. I do it and sometimes people think I am being arrogant or whatnot, but it does not matter because I (and you) are good at what we do. Period. Let them hate, "haters gon hate". Chances are, pound for pound, you are what they dream to be, just go prove it to them and more importantly, yourself. Make people jealous without even trying, that should be your goal. With the type of bros at your gym, shouldn't be hard for you :)
