quick update- thursday was arms... but it was lame. i was tired plus all the guys were hogging the cables and giving me dirty looks if i tried to work in so i ran for 20 minutes... i know iknow but i really had to!

friday i did legs- i don't feel like posting all about it not too exciting. just lunges, single leg hamstring curls, hack squat etc and spin

today was elliptical and abs.
my cardio sucks. i used to be good at it and now it sucks and i can barely get through like 30 minutes of cardio :( my workouts in general don't feel as good as they used to at all. i always feel tired and worn out and i haven't been able to work up a sweat. ugh i want this semester to be over and i want a new class schedule- i hope it is good next semester!
