As for my new trick, I took a video of it, but I am trying to figure out how to post it to this blog. I hope your day went well, I am really glad you can do lunges again. You seemed really busy so good luck on whatever you have due or coming up tomorrow!
I am trying to go for a ride tomm, but it's suppose to rain in the afternoon sadly. On a much brighter note, my lost wallet is now back in my possession, long and crazy story but I will tell you about that later.
What group of muscles are you on now?

I'm glad your PT is so understanding! Let me know about where the protein goes, that way I know whiter or not to put together a mix or not. If you go with her, no harm done, I will be glad you have something to use.
You workout looked good. I like that you are spending more time on form too. Boring, but now is a great time to do that. It will help you lift heavier later too.
I meant to tell you, nice job with correcting me with the two options with why your left hip hurts. Shows that you are more conscious about what going on with your body. Always a good sign.
I am very pro your new temporary diet, I wonder who helped you with such a brilliant plan of action :). Let me know how it goes, I aml VERY interested.

Good luck on your exam, you will do fine. Confidence! Don't stress, get sleep, I would say something about breakfast but I know better lol, and lastly, I want to know how you did. I have class from 1-2:15 my time so feel free to call whenever. If I go on my ride, I will either have my phone or call you back. Text is fine too if you get really busy again. Either way, you'll do well and I will want to hear about it.
