Yeah, I've realized that there is still this little part of me that is like "get skinnyyyy" but there is this slightly larger part that is like "no, get strong. just be an awesome you." that bigger part just wants to feel good and eat right (and not feel sick when i eat)... so thats good.
oh the video was more about doing those rows rather then about norton... just found his video and thought it was a good explanation of the lift.

really hope you get legs in this weekend. i'm sorry about your day:( i'm glad you are feeling better and can get it all worked out this weekend. i'm also really glad you called and talked to me about it :)

did back and bi's today. but i hate the guys at my gym because they get on EVERY SINGLE cable machine and suck at sharing. it is so annoying. they like won't even let you (aka girls) work in with them so my workout wasnt the best. i couldn't kill bi's because cable machine is what does it for me and i had to stick to free weights :(

assisted pullups (lowered the assistance again-woohoo!)-10
face pulls- 25lbs/12, 30lbs/10, 32.5lbs/10
that cable lat one you showed me- 10lbs/8 and dropped down to 7.5lbs for 4 on each set but... YAY LATS ARE GETTING SO MUCH STRONGER!!! i remember when doing no weight on the cable machine for this one was freaking hard

3x:
back extensions- 10lbs/10x (damn my lower back felt this! it is so weak:( )
bent over DB row (could have gone heavier or more reps but my lower back was not happy)- 30lbs in each hand/8x

3x:
lat pulldown machine (like the one on the express line downstairs... like5 guys were on the lat pulldown so i couldnt use it:( )- 110lbs/8x

3x:
barbell bicep curls- 25lbs/10x
pushup to side plank with rotation- 5 each side

3x:
hammer curls standing on bosu-15lbs/8x (or maybe it was 10x)
spidermen feet on bosu- 10x

some random abs
stretch
home
work
baking granola now:)
