I think you have already completed more than half the battle. Just the fact that you acknowlege the fact and then know that there is a bigger force inside that is pushing you to be the best you can be if the biggest step I think. Now it's "simply" about following the right pull instead of the wrong one.

That granola better be GF and comply with your HFI Diet. Doubt it. :)

I think you could have gone heavier with your DB bent over row :) 30 is a good number though. Now do 60 and I'll be impressed lol. I'm kidding. Although it would be a cool thing to see, some part of you would be pissed. Don't know which one, but something will get mad!

Oh yea, playing the cool card? Embarrassed of me? Ok that's cool. I'll keep that in the back of my mind.

Yay for stronger lats. They are defly one of my favorites to train. Maybe you can keep up with my pull ups now? I am still getting oh so close to the one hand pull up too, but I honestly may not have the Biceps to finish it. Did I just lose my man card for not having some super big bi's?

I am not getting you anything that I wasn't planning on...you know how I am though, once I have my mind set on something...it WILL happen lol. Just accept it and embrace it, it will make both our lives easier lolololol
