Today was better, family wise. lol
My family is just SO disorganized and my mom was frustrated and so was i so yeah.
Anyway... workout. I was SO ready to go today but my workout wasn't the greatest. I felt weak which sucked cuz i was ready to go. It's okay, i got it in:) i wanted to go longer but i needed to get back and go to work.
Chest and tri's:
My pushup set (why does this kill me? By the end I can get like 2 pushups)
3x
DB chest press- 30lbs/10x (yeah i got 10 but I didnt feel strong and if i went heavier i felt like i wouldn't be able to handle it... probably could have)
DB flyes- 15lbs/10
feet on bench pushups to fail
3x:
close grip DB press- 25lbs/10
single arm tricep one you showed me- 15lbs/6 times then fail w/ 10 lbs
Machine chest press- 90lbs/6
All the guys today were being obnoxious and on EVERY SINGLE cable machine and not sharing so i changed the last part of m workout and did
skull crushers w/12.5lbs DB for 8
spiderman pushups for 8
stairmaster for 20, elliptical for 15
abs
stretch
work
yummy mex dinner with the fam:)
didn't really study... oops. time for bed:)
