That was really nice of you to stay. You're so dedicated to them!

First real leg day in a while! It was crappy weather all day except for a span of 45 mins. As soon as the sun came out, I ran to my car, got my bike gear and went for a ride :) Just a quick 10 miles, but when I came back, I got a chance to put in a quick leg day too.

Squats
135/8, 225/6, 225/6

SL KB DL
Drk. Purple x 10 each. 3 sets

TRX Hamstring Pull
10 x 3 sets

SB Glute Press
10 x 3 sets

TRX Lunges
10 x 3 sets

BOX JUMPS! big + small box (both legs)
10 x 3 sets

SL BOX JUMPS Med + small box (my new trick :)  )
6 x 3 sets

Not the craziest of workouts, I didn't have a solid partner :)

I like the idea about posting comments, cleans up the blog a little. I just want to say... I CANNOT WAIT FOR YOU TO COME HOME! Yahoo! You're gonna get to see my new bike and my new boxing toy too!

I so so so so tired! I know I had a ton of things I wanted to mention, but my brain is failing me right now.

I am sure you did well, so no stress there. Have fun tomm and Saturday! I can't wait to hear about what you are gonna do, all you mentioned was fun things so that doesn't narrow it down at all.
