My brain hurts:(. It feels like i've been studying forever but it's only been like an hour... shit! It's already 5:30 and i'm beat. lol. And i woke up at 11. haha. But seriously, memorizing all this kines is crazay! exhausting and hard.
Well since I didn't make it to the gym yesterday, I hit up legs today.
10 minutes on the AMT
Leg press- 130 warmup, 190 w/ 3 seconds eccentric (10x), 210 (10x), 200 w/ 3 seconds eccentric (10x) then dropsetted down to 130. In between my sets I did calf presses at the 130 weight. My knees have been bothering me a bit and my hip too so I didn't wanna push the weight. I need to remember to ice! I always forget.
Hamstring curls- 60 lbs for 10, 60 for 10, 70 for 8 dropped to 50 for 4.
Did pulsing lunges (15 each side) in between sets of curls.
3x:
Walking lunges w/ 30 lbs bar- 10x
Wall sits holding 20 lbs in each hand for 1 min
Bridges on SB- 15 with a 15 count hold at end
Yes/ No machine for fun to kill it off.
Spun fo 35 mninutes. My legs were tired:( My sprinting abilities are getting bad. I need to up my cardio again and start doing some more longer interval workouts like I used it. They just suck and i hate them. lol.
But for realz, I need to change up my workout routine cuz i be damn bored which is why i keep skipping the gym. BLAH. Need to come home and workout with you!
PS- Tell angel to stop being such a bro or I'll make epic fun of him. Plus he won't be able to kill me in a workout if all he is doing is chest... tell him he's lame. The girls don't wanna date a guy with skinny legs, they don't like when a guys legs are smaller then theirs.
