I did some legs today.

Leg press- 130 warm up, 190 with 3 counts on the eccentric 10 reps, 210 with 3 counts on the eccentric 8 reps, 210 drop set to 130.

circuit 3x:
Walking lunges w/ 30lbs 10x
Wall sit w/ 20lbs MB between legs- 1:10, 1:15, 1:20
SB hamstring curls- 15 to 10 hip raises/bridges

Yes/No machine...

spun for 35 minutes after that.
Really wasn't feeling the workout today. I was tired. I haven't slept well all week and it's catching up to me. Kinda lame day but oh well got it in. did some abs at the end too then my pt exercises.

I'm making pizza now:)
i totally experimented with making the crust (because I ran out of the right flour and i just found this lame easy recipe online... i didn't wanna wait for the yeast haha so I kinda just threw it in the oven... eeek! we shall see:))
