The Influence: This blog will be chronicling the workouts and adventures of Minh-O-taur and Victerror. Previous workout partners, the two have been temporarily separated due to Victerror's college escapades. Minh-O-taur is a NASM CPT with a background in physical therapy. He is currently working as a full time personal trainer and gym beast. Victerror is also a NASM CPT currently earning a degree in Sports Medicine. Oh yeah, she is also a gym beast:). Both Minh-O-taur and Victerror will be posting. Postings will range from workouts to new gym tricks to random musings to epic adventures. This blog is a way for them to keep in touch and share their knowledge. Enjoy!
