...I felt crappy all day too. I came in and Christiana asked me if I was feeling ok within 5 mins of me being at the gym. Everyone else was feeling crappy too. My body was all achy and my stomach was upset too. I hope I am not coming down with anything. Usually, I have an immune system like nobody's business, but I guess every now and then it has to falter. My back is also KILLING me, especially right below my shoulder blades :(
What the heck is going on with my poor little body?! Overall, what a shitty day for the both of us :(
Today was a light leg/speed day for me.

Barbell Lunges (weight on bar)
50# x 8 ea.
70# x 6 ea.

Single Leg Press (weight on sled) Normally I can do 90# but this did not feel good at all :/

Today's workout was defly different for me. I welcomed the sprints and jumps again, I just wish I wasn't tired, hungry and limited on time. Russ and Megan worked out with me today. Needless to say, we started late because Russ got caught up in some work.
I am sorry about your protein, I wish I would have known. There's no way I could have obviously without me asking or knowing prior, I still feel bad though. Tell me what you decide to do and I will either buy it from you or hopefully your body can handle it.
Muscle of the Day
Gastrocnemius
Origin: Lateral and Medial condyles of Femur (now that you know what these are!)
Insertion: Achilles Tendon
Functions: Plantarflexion of the foot, assists in knee flexion in some cases
Other Facts: You already know that this muscle is really important and significant in running and jumping. A good way to activate is standing calf raises, especially eccentrics. Sitting Calf Raises hit more the Soleus I think.

Really cool commercial from Nike. The wheelchair kid is awesome haha. I am going to try the stability ball tricks next, hopefully I don't kill myself. You are totally the jump rope girl, or at least you should try that as your next awesome skill and finally, that last asian guy reminds me a little of me, short and scary when I lift sometimes lol.
