Oh today.... chest and arms:)

So I texted you earlier about my bad day.
I had a breakdown. I was super stressed about like EVERYTHING and majorly homesick and just some other shit. I was frustrated with my body and being sick and injured and everything just felt like it fell apart the past two weeks just when I had really gotten on a roll. So i flipped a shit and went home and waslike fuck life and planned on making mac-n-cheese and baking corn muffins while blasting chris brown. Then i felt better after freaking out and I told myself to shut up and get to the fucking gym. and that’s just what I did. And it was great. Blasting some LMFAO helped too ;)
I surprised myself and got in an AWESOME workout.

Chest and arms
Warmed up then
3x:
DB flyes- 15/15, 20/10, 20/10
Close grip chest press- 15/20, 20/12, 20/12 (def could have gone heavier on flyes and these)
Alternating DB curls- 15/10, 20/5 finished with 15 for last 5 (did the same thing for third set)
3x:
single-arm chest press- 20/15, 25/12, 30/10 (These were so hard for my left arm- which is why i did them. Fun stuff to challenge my body with one side like that)
skull crushers- 10/15, 12.5/10, 12.5/9 (YEAHHH went up in weight for these- finally!)
MB pushups- fail (last set i did with both hands on a mb and feet on one tooo!)
3x:
Incline DB chest press- 27.5/10
Incline curls- 10/10, 10/10, 12.5/10
3x:
cable straight bar curls- wide grip for 8 and close grip for 4 at 20 lbs
cable straight bar tricep pulldowns- 22.5/12?, 25/10-12
pushups to fail (omg fail was sooo quick haha, i was dead by now)
30 minute HIIT on AMT- felt good! Haven’t done an hIIT workout in like 2 or 3 weeks and it was greatt.
stretched and biked home. 
Had rice and tofu and black beans and veggies for dinner :). i don't know why i inform you of my dinner intake so often... lol.
