MB triceps push ups are tough. I REALLY like what you did with the Push Up fail set. I've done it from narrow to wide, but I never thought to bring it back to narrow. Brutal. Nice thinking though!

I was right about to go to bed when I remembered that I did not finish my post from before!

Update for you, I am back on task with looking at proteins and seeing if you would be allergic to them, but I may need your help. I know you are crazy busy this week so I will try to find as much as I can on my own. I have an exam this week as well as well as a "lab report". It is also my last week as a red shirt providing that I can hit my quota....again. Fingers crossed.

I deleted some of the post you made from earlier just in case you wanted to send your friends this page. Only made sense to me.

About the fat burner, please please don't use it. Sounds silly coming from someone who has used everything under the sun, but I promise you that you do not need it and you will feel better if you don't use anything. If you are still set on it, I may be able to help you out, but you know how I stand on this now! Tell me your thought, I'm curious though.

I will make tomorrow's post better, I am dead tired!
