my stomach has been killing me :( pains since sunday and i've been so tired. i worked out with addy again today cuz i had no motivatoin to go alone. we did back and bi's, it was good tho:)

the lat one you showed me- 8

single arm cable row- 10
single arm cable bicep curl- 8
3x:
pullups (as many as can) then finished off with assisted to get up to 12 pullups
straight bar bicep curl
3x:
body weight row-12
SB back extension w/ 10lbs- 15
spin for an hour!
