awesome- new boyfriend! haha. I can't wait to meet him! You realize if I have to approve for your relationships to continue, right?

I was EXHAUSTED today and totally wasn't gonna gym it up, again. But, once again, addy to the rescue. I went with her and got it done. I'm gonna miss her so much next semester:( she's coming to dc for a week over witner break/my birthday so i'm excited about that!

we did a circuit it was fun i probably shouldn't of done it but oh well.

Ran 1 mile
Lunges-10
Shoulder press-8
(3x)

Elliptical for 1 mile
Goblet squat-10
Hamstring curl-10
(3x)
Run 1 mile
cable lateral raises-8
Cable face pulls-10
(3x)
run 1 mile
hack squat-10 into calf raises
(3x)
then did 3x:
cable front raises-8
mountain climbers-20/side

shoulders and legs done! I'm gonna try and go to a yoga class tomorrow.
so i probalby should not have run that much at all. 3 miles. oops. but i felt good. I konw i know, i just got  the okay to start the recovery running plan which has me running no more then 5  minutes in one workout sesh (with walking in between). We'll see how i feel tomorrow... and i was too hungry to stretch so i didn't :/ YOGA TOMORROW lol!
