Just another way to kick eachothers' asses

I haven't written in a while so I decided to drop in:)
sorry about that! my workouts have just been lame and boring and not much to write about.

I was totally not feeling it today but addy and i had planned to work out so i went. good thing, too.

i started with 20 minutes on the stairmaster then 20 on the AMT while i waited for her.
we lifted chest and tri's today:) nothing cray cray

Bench press- 5 sets, i don't feel like posting weights lol

my pushup sequence- only once and so lame cuz we were tired:)

3x:
single arm fly- 15lbs for 10
single arm tricep one you showed me- 15lbs for 10

3x:
single arm cable tricep extensions- 12.5lbs for 10
pushup to tricep kickback- 10lbs for 8

then we did pullups just for fun because we do that. I GOT 5 TWO TIMES WOOHOO! and this other guy was soooo impressed it was hilarious. he was like wow that is so awesome! you guys are girls, that is super impressive and hard core. and then he started talking to us about lifting and asking what we do and he was all impressed cuz we are girls who lifted just as much as he did. it was kinda hilarious. but very flattering lol!
okay nothing exciting. been studying for orgo. i'm kinda burnt out so i feel like i'm not gonna study any tomorrow and just go take the test thursday and hope for the best. i just wanna go make some pumpkin granola!
