I think you will approve, everyone else has. Alas, you will meet him, we both normally swim on Thursdays. I did not get a chance to post my workout yesterday. Here it is; mini tri:
Swam for 30 mins with swimming drills inbetween laps when I got bored. Roughly 1/3 mile
Spin for 30 mins with good pace, just short of 6 miles
Ran HILLS! 1mile starting at a 6 degree to 7 degree. Last 1/2 mile at 8 degrees. All at no less than 6mph.
I chose the hills bc I am trying to develop my hams and glutes a little more to make my cycling a tad easier.
I have a ride with Rob later today so I did not work out earlier. He's faster and we are riding his route so I want to be as fresh as possible. I am testing out some gels tomorrow too so hopefully I can find a carb/energy source for races to come! I found some really cool supplements too, which i will post about as I learn a little more about them. Finally, I got my first bike jersey today! Yay for the clearance rack at my bike store!
I have an exam coming on friday, so more studying throughout this weekend :(
BTW, if your running now messes you up further and you can do the tri.... you fill in the blank! We'd be in a cereal fight! On that note, I am glad that running isn't bothering you though :)
